- Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be communicated to the Client before proceeding and may incur additional charges.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required before commencement of work, as specified in the quotation.
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects as milestones are reached.
- Final payment is due upon completion and acceptance of the work.
- Late payments may attract interest at the prescribed rate under the National Credit Act.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals have been obtained, unless agreed that the Company will handle this.
- Inform the Company of any known hazards, underground services, or conditions that may affect the work.
- Make timely decisions and provide feedback to avoid project delays.
- Ensure payment is made in accordance with the agreed terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
- The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or government regulations.
9. Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the stage of the project.
- If the Client cancels after work has commenced, the Client shall be liable for payment of all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
- The Company may terminate a project if the Client breaches these terms, fails to make payment, or if continuing the project poses safety risks.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ayab Projects (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African intellectual property laws.
